Welcome back. Well, at least one significant event has occurred since the last update. Ethan has finally rolled over. Yes, that's right, one night I put him down on the floor, and the next minute I find him laying on his back. To see if it was a fluke, I placed him back on his stomach, at which time he rolled right back over. I can't tell you how proud I was!!! For the briefest of moments, I had the smartest and most talented child in the world. I was brought back down to earth moments later when he shoved his foot into his mouth and pooped his pants, but that moment was stupendous.
Since that event, Ethan has rolled over somewhat frequently, but hasn't done so since this weekend, which is of little concern now that I know he is capable. He is really starting to get around on his stomach. He scoots in a circle for several minutes at a time before he really gets angry and demands attention.
Today I took Ethan to the doctor because he hasn't been feeling well the last couple of days, and we found out that he has an ear infection in both ears and possibly has thrush. So tonight we start him on his drug cocktail to see if we can get him well again.
